Using Shop8y

You’re responsible for the content and products listed on your store, and for complying with applicable laws in the jurisdictions where you sell. Plans are billed monthly in advance and may be cancelled at any time from your dashboard.

Acceptable use

You may not use Shop8y to sell prohibited or illegal goods, to defraud customers, or to attempt to compromise the security of the platform.

Liability

Shop8y is provided “as is”. We work to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, except where specified in an Enterprise SLA.
